Good speed, installation delays
I got the 200 Mbps Fiber Broadband plan for my home. The internet speed is consistently good for streaming and work. Installation was free, but it took 5 days to reach Pune after booking, which was a bit slow. Value for money is decent though.
Excitel TV plan worked fine

Setup was quick, and the Dual Band Router they gave works well for multiple devices. I had one small issue with an app not loading, but customer care sorted it out after a call.
